Terms & Conditions (Post-Booking Agreement Notice)

Deposit & Payment Policy

A 25% deposit of the total service cost is required at booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service. Any additional time, upgrades, or add-on services will be billed separately and due the same day.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full deposit refund or credit toward a future booking. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling eligibility.

Appointment Expectations

Please ensure your vehicle and keys are available at the scheduled time and location. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; after that, the appointment may be marked as a cancellation and the deposit forfeited. Remove all valuables, baby seats, and personal belongings before our arrival. If our team must remove personal items, an additional handling fee may apply.

Service Time & Extended Billing

Each service package includes a specific allotted service time based on the service type and vehicle condition. A 15-minute grace period is included at no charge. Time beyond the grace period is billed per minute, calculated by dividing the service price by total allotted minutes (rounded up to the nearest $0.50).

Example: $150 service (1.5 hours = 90 minutes) โ‰ˆ $2 per minute after the grace period.

Weather & Rescheduling

Mobile appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. Clients will be contacted promptly and offered the next available date.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

Aquakingz Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects. We use professional-grade tools and products; however, results may vary based on paint condition, material, and prior vehicle care. We reserve the right to decline service for unsafe or severely neglected vehicles.

Media & Promotions

Photos and short videos may be captured for marketing and social media use. Personal identifiers such as license plates, faces, and addresses will never be shown. Clients may opt out by notifying us before service begins.

Location & Work Area Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable and legal location for service to be performed. The area must allow enough space for our service van to park and operate safely with access to the vehicle being detailed. If the service takes place in a shared or public parking lot, the client is responsible for obtaining permission or approval from property management prior to our arrival.

Aquakingz Auto Spa operates only in authorized and safe environments. If we are asked to leave by property management, security, or local authorities, the client will still be responsible for 100% of the service cost, as time and travel have already been allocated for that appointment. If a new location must be arranged due to access restrictions, a rescheduling fee or delay charge may apply.

Satisfaction Policy

Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before the detailer leaves the job site. Once the client has reviewed and approved the completed work on-site, the service will be considered accepted and finalized. Any concerns must be addressed during that inspection to allow immediate correction if needed.
