A 25% deposit of the total cost of your appointment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of the service.
All deposit are refundable up until 48 hours prior to the appointment. After 48 hours or less, deposit will not be refunded. Same rule applies, if they're multiple cars booked in the same appointment, So, if there are two cars booked, and one is cancelled in the less than 48 hours' time frame, the 25% deposit on the both cars will still be charged and not part of it refunded.
We ask that the car and keys are present at the location for the time and place on the appointment schedule. if vehicle is not there on time, we will wait 15 minutes then it will be considered a cancellation. (Please call ahead if you're running late)
We ask that all valuables, and personal properties, including baby seats be removed or locked away in a secure place prior to us arriving. Client may be subjected to an additional charge if we are left with the responsibility of doing so.
